Sweet Little Basement Studio!

Positive: Very convenient and close to where we needed to be. The place was quiet and comfortable. Close/walking distance to stores and downtown. You could hear people walking upstairs during the day but very quiet at night. Negative: I am to old to sleep on a futon, a bit uncomfortable as a second bed for all older visitors. Was not aware it was a basement apartment, lots of stairs for granny.

A nice, modern studio apatment with amenities that make traveling light easy. Positive: The studio apartment is in a nice part of Anchorage, and it is a nice walk to the downtown area. The apartment itself is modern and attractive. Juwan and his wife have put a lot of thought into making this studio a place where guests will feel comfortable, from the wi-fi posting card in the living room to a sign where feminine products can be disposed of in the bathroom. The apartment has a washer and dryer, which is really good for traveling light as to luggage. And Juwan is a perfect host, personable and attentive to your having a good stay.

Clean, cute, and central studio! Positive: The little studio was an ideal place for a couple to spend a few nights in Anchorage. It was in a lovely neighborhood walking distance from everything in downtown. Felt like home away from home. Negative: Being in the basement, you had to go through several doors to get in and also there was noise from the neighbors directly above the unit.

Positive: Klidné místo nedaleko centra. Negative: Poměrně temná místnost ve sklepě. Přístup přes garáž. Hluk z okolních místností.

Positive: Location
